This program is for children 6 years or older with developmental delays who could benefit form low Alpha brain entrainment, along with training of basic counting and adding skills.
Binaural beats are a from of neurological exercise as well as brain entrainment combined. It is important to accept a one to three month time frame with introducing the binaural beats. The rate of introduction should be based on each child’s ability to adapt to the binaural audio stimulation. Comparing the response and rate of progress between children using these methods should be avoided. It is not a competition. Each child is unique requiring their own rate of adaptation. Some children have been able to adapt easily during the first month. Some have even been able to adapt to the audio in the first week and a rear few on the first listen. Slow and steady is best.
Starting the program: Stage 1
(Using Audio Only)
1a: Adaptation to binaural beats stimulation.
(Love Adaptation – 15:30 Min: listen with stereo headphones)
Closely monitor your child during use of the audio. You may need to start with just a few seconds or a minute or two and gradually increase the listening time in small increments. Eventually they will begin to tolerate the audio more quickly. From feedback of participants in trials, some children eventually request the audio after becoming accustomed to Binaural Beats. You may wish to initially wear headphones yourself so your child dose not feel so isolated and find ways to make the activity a game. Always stop if a child displays signs of discomfort and take note of the time-frame. On the next session try to do the same time-frame or increase a little, even if is just a few seconds.
1b: Possible introduction adaptation programs:
1: One day of listening and one or two days rest. (for extremely sensitive children)
2: Three days of listening and one or two days rest. (for sensitive children)
3: Five or Six days of listening and one or two days rest. (for children who adapt easy)
All children must have at least one or two days without any binaural beats each week. The children who adapt to the binaural beats instantly should still do the adaptation track for at least two weeks before moving on to the affirmation track. The low Alpha binaural beats are tuned to the same frequency of 528 Hz for both audio tracks and videos. This makes the transition between the two audio tracks and the three videos easier since the audio neurological calculations are the same. This greater enhances the potential for neurological re-genesis and the entrainment of low Alpha brainwaves.
1c: Brainwave entrainment with positive affirmation.
(Happiness Love Peace Joy – 21:00 Min: listen with stereo headphones)
The low Alpha audio brainwave entrainment is best done in a playful setting as children are not going to sit still and meditate. At first you may need to be involved in this process by either wearing headphones yourself as well as encouraging calm play or gentile movement during the 20 minutes listening time-frame. This audio activity could be used during parental cuddling.
Guide for Secondary Steps of the Kinder Program: for children with special needs.
A six week minimum introduction of the of the binaural beats audio is required. This is to establish the best learning potential, before moving onto the counting videos with binaural beats. A child should be able to comfortably listen to 20 minutes of the binaural beats low Alpha entrainment 5 days a week, for 6 weeks before moving onto the video training.
Kinder Program: Stage 2
(Using Counting Videos and Audio tracks)
2a: Video Training of Basic Counting with low Alpha binaural beats.
(Counting videos: watch and listen with stereo headphones)
Play Video One: 3 to 5 days per week during first one or two weeks.
Play Video Two: 3 to 5 days per week during the next one or two weeks.
Play Video Three: 3 to 5 days for another week or two depending on the child’s interest.
Always allow two days rest each week. Remember this a neurological audio exercise and this rest period from Binaural Beats stimulation is vital to avoid over load.
Later, do a follow up once weekly revision playing all of the Kinder videos 1,2 and 3 in sequence. Finally, you may want to just do a monthly revision of the Kinder videos 1,2,and 3.
Do not play more than 25 minutes of the video in one day – even if child insists.
Also along with the video training, a small amount of the binaural beats audio entrainment alone is recommended for one or two days during the initial video course, the audio could be integrated into their playtime.
During the first year of entrainment, no child should listen to more than 45 minutes a day with the binaural beats audio.
2b: Video Training revision and continued audio entrainment.
(always listen with stereo headphones)
After the initial repetition that could be anywhere form 3 to 6 weeks depending on your child’s interest, a once weekly revision of all 3 videos is recommended to reinforce the basics. Later the revision would be good to be a once monthly routine before stopping.
2c: Continuing on with audio play entrainment.
By now you should be noticing some definite improvements. Regular long term binaural beats audio could be a valuable tool in continued and consolidating your child’s neurological development. Binaural beats can also improve things such as gait and coordination, sleeping and behavioural patterns, relaxation and focus as well as the consolidation of memory. You can continue with the initial 2 audio tracks for some time. Eventually it is good to introduce a new audio track. Please feel free to contact us for further guidance.

* If your child has a history of seizures or epilepsy please consult a neurologist first before using Binaural Beats or proceed with additional caution and monitoring.
